No Refund or Exchange Policy – Hygiene Considerations
We prioritize the health and safety of our customers, which is why we cannot accept returns or exchanges for polymer clay earrings. Due to the nature of earrings as personal hygiene items, once they have left our premises, we cannot resell them or ensure their cleanliness for another customer.
Please note:
- All sales are final.
Exceptions: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to provide a replacement or store credit once the case has been reviewed.
